The Leadership Development Award invests in students preparing for careers that strengthen individuals, families, and communities. This award supports future leaders pursuing degrees in Social Work, Public Health, or Community Development who demonstrate leadership potential, compassion, and a commitment to serving others.

Who May Apply?
Applicants should:
Be enrolled in or accepted to an undergraduate or graduate program.
Be pursuing a degree in Social Work, Public Health, Community Development, or a closely related field.
Demonstrate leadership through school, work, church, or community involvement.
Show a commitment to improving the lives of others.
Complete the application and submit all requested supporting materials.
$1,000 to $5,000
Awards range from $1,000 to $5,000 and may be used for:

Tuition and required fees
Required technology or equipment

Books and educational materials
Professional certifications
Other approved educational expenses
Award amounts are based on demonstrated leadership, academic progress, financial need, and available funding.
